These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) govern all commercial relations between the center and its clients. Any reservation implies full and complete acceptance of these conditions.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><strong>Article 1 \u2013 Scope of Application<\/strong><br \/>These GTC apply to all services offered by La Sir\u00e8ne Diving Club, available at any time on the center's website, under the \u00abGTC\u00bb section.<br \/>The center reserves the right to modify these GTC at any time. The applicable conditions are those in force at the date of the order.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><strong>Article 2 \u2013 Fitness and Acceptance of Conditions<\/strong><br \/>Any reservation of a service implies:<br \/>\u2013 unconditional acceptance of these GTC; ;<br \/>\u2013 acknowledgment of having been informed of contraindications to scuba diving; ;<br \/>\u2013 a sworn declaration of physical fitness to practice the activity.<\/p><p>For any training, a medical certificate of non-contraindication dated less than one year is mandatory. Minor participants must present a signed parental authorization.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><strong>Article 3 \u2013 Prices<\/strong><\/p><p>Prices are quoted in euros (\u20ac) inclusive of all taxes (VAT included). The applicable price is the one in force at the time of reservation.<\/p><p><strong>Article 4 \u2013 Booking Procedures<\/strong><\/p><p><strong>4.1 On-site booking<\/strong><\/p><p>\u2013 Full payment if the service is immediate.<br \/>\u2013 A deposit of 30% minimum for any deferred booking; balance to be paid on the day of the service.<br \/>\u2013 Accepted payment methods: cash (euros, US dollars, Tunisian dinars).<\/p><p><strong>4.2 Online booking<\/strong><\/p><p>\u2013 Secure payment by credit card or PayPal.<br \/>\u2013 Choice between full payment or a deposit of 30%.<br \/>\u2013 If the service begins before the legal withdrawal period expires, the client remains liable for services already performed.<\/p><p><strong>4.3 Booking by email<\/strong><\/p><p>- Payment of 30% deposit required (credit card or PayPal).<br \/>- Booking confirmation constitutes acceptance of GTC, proof of transaction and electronic signature.<br \/>- A confirmation email is sent to the customer.<\/p><p><strong>4.4 Booking by phone<\/strong><\/p><p>- Booking validated after payment of 30% deposit via secure SSL connection (credit card or PayPal).<br \/>- The balance is to be paid on the day of the service.<\/p><p>\u26a0 Any booking without a deposit is not guaranteed.<\/p><p><strong>Article 5 \u2013 Withdrawal and cancellation<\/strong><\/p><p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Situation Condition Consequence<\/span><br \/>Withdrawal (online booking) Before 24 h of the service Refund (excluding fees) or credit for 1 year<br \/>No-show by customer No justification Deposit or total amount retained by the center<br \/>Weather-related cancellation Center's decision Postponement or refund if postponement impossible<\/p><p>Any service started is due in full.<\/p><p><strong>Article 6 \u2013 Equipment: loss or damage<\/strong><\/p><p>The customer agrees to use the equipment provided with care and diligence. Any damage, loss or theft may result in billing for the cost of repair or replacement. Normal wear and tear is not considered damage.<\/p><p><strong>Article 7 \u2013 Customer obligations<\/strong><\/p><p>Before participating in any activity, the customer must present:<br \/>- his\/her valid diving certifications and licenses; ;<br \/>- his\/her medical certificate of no contraindication (less than one year old); ;<br \/>- his\/her diving logbook, if required by the service.<\/p><p>Personal equipment must comply with current standards and be checked by the customer before the activity. The center reserves the right to refuse participation if the equipment is deemed non-compliant.<\/p><p><strong>Article 8 \u2013 Training validation<\/strong><\/p><p>Validation of a diving or first aid level is subject to passing the required tests. The center reserves the right not to issue the certification if the expected competencies are not achieved. No refund will be granted in this case.<\/p><p><strong>Article 9 \u2013 Welcome for people with disabilities<\/strong><\/p><p>La Sir\u00e8ne Diving Club welcomes all audiences without discrimination. Any situation requiring specific arrangements must be reported during booking to allow the center to adapt the reception conditions.<\/p><p>\u26a0 Access to the boat may be difficult for some motor disabilities. An alternative from the beach may be offered depending on conditions.<\/p><p><strong>Article 10 \u2013 Liability and Insurance<\/strong><\/p><p>The client benefits from civil liability coverage through the center. It is highly recommended to take out additional individual insurance covering accidents related to scuba diving.<\/p><p>The center is bound by an obligation of means.
