Process

The course takes place in 3 main steps:

Theoretical phase: Acquire fundamental knowledge through dedicated e-learning. This online training covers the basic principles of diving and must be completed before the practical sessions.
Confined water immersion: Putting into practice the skills acquired in a swimming pool, where you will learn to use diving equipment and execute essential techniques safely.
Open water dives: Completion of two dives in the sea or open water, supervised by an instructor, in order to apply your skills, explore the underwater world, and complete your practical training.

Prerequisites

Being at least 10 years old.
Know how to swim and be able to float in deep water.
Be able to swim 200 meters without assistance or 300 meters with mask, snorkel and fins.
Be in good general physical condition, with no medical contraindications to diving.
