By joining the Instructor Development (IDC) staff at the La Sirène club, you will play a key role in creating the next generation of PADI Instructors. You will also gain advanced knowledge as an Instructor Trainer, while helping to prepare PADI Divemasters and PADI Assistant Instructors to become PADI Open Water Scuba Instructors.

This training also establishes the foundation for progression towards the prestigious PADI Course Director title, allowing you to present IDC topics and guide future instructors on their journey.
