As an experienced PADI Instructor, you have the wisdom and experience to share with new and future PADI supervisors. You also know that continuing education never stops.
As part of the Instructor Training Personnel (IDC), you help create the next generation of PADI instructors, while gaining advanced instructor trainer knowledge. You are building the foundation for progression to the PADI Course Director by introducing IDC topics and helping to prepare the PADI Divemaster and PADI Assistant Instructor to become a PADI Open Water Scuba Instructor.
Many jobs as a center manager or diving club require this level of training and experience, which makes this course an important step if you are thinking of a career in a Dive Center or if you want to open a dive shop or club.
